Tangbow Website

A mobile-friendly digital storefront built for a local retail business, featuring a categorized product catalog with direct one-tap WhatsApp ordering.

THE OBJECTIVE

The Problem & Architecture Mandate

Tang Bows and Crafts, a boutique hair accessories brand, needed an online storefront to showcase its collections. The goal was to replace scattered social media posts with a dedicated catalog that made browsing products easy and connected shoppers straight to WhatsApp for orders.

ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH & EVOLUTION

Engineering Iterations & Milestones

PHASE 01Production Milestone

Phase 01: Visual Identity and Layout

The catalog uses a black and gold color palette with clean typography and focused photography to reflect the boutique look of the brand.

PHASE 02Production Milestone

Phase 02: Product Organization

Merchandise is divided into clear categories like hair bows, scrunchies, claws, and tote bags, with product details and prices clearly visible on mobile screens.

PHASE 03Production Milestone

Phase 03: Direct WhatsApp Ordering

Custom WhatsApp links and a floating chat button automatically fill in the product name when clicked, letting customers confirm availability and order without navigating a shopping cart.

PHASE 04Production Milestone

Phase 04: Lightweight Performance

Building with static HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript eliminated heavy framework dependencies, keeping mobile load times instant with zero hosting expenses.

ARCHITECTURAL CONCLUSION

System Longevity & Durability

A simple static catalog paired with direct messaging matched real customer buying habits far better than an over engineered storefront.

THE RESULTS

Tang Bows and Crafts has an active online catalog that presents its collections cleanly and routes customer inquiries directly into WhatsApp conversations.
